Ghost series #2

You leave
And it’s fair enough
If there’s one thing I know
Is that the connections cannot be forced
But you break my heart

I wonder how and I wonder why
You left me cold when I was high
Tell me why oh tell me why
Why are you letting me go
Like you never came

How do I tell this naive heart
You are never going to be back
Not a Sunday or a Monday
Neither Christmas or any holiday
And you break my heart

You ghost me out
I pour you away on paper
With each of you, you take a lot of me
Fair enough, if not is what it’s meant to be
But my delicate heart is broken

I can’t get you out of my mind
As if your beautiful face etched there
Golden ratio, the symmetry of your face
Let me touch let me kiss you
A last goodbye please
